Personal instrumentationMoney / Time / BodyIndependent

The Lode ecosystem

You are what you measure.

A set of personal instruments for understanding where your money went, how your time was lived, and what your body responds to.

Is this for you?

For people who put data over hunches.

You already know if this is for you. You've built the spreadsheet. You've tried other trackers. You feel anxious when you don't know exactly where your time and money went.

  1. 01

Where did my money actually go?

  2. 02

How close was I to my plan last week?

  3. 03

What changes when I sleep, eat, or train differently?

If those questions sound excessive – Lode is not for you.
If not asking them feels careless, welcome home.

Intention matters as much as execution.

Most trackers only record what happened. They completely ignore what you meant to happen. When you lose that context, you lose the ability to optimize your life.

How can you know if you improved when you can't measure your actual results against your original plan?

Lode was built exactly for this.

Compare plan and reality
Intention and outcome remain separate so you can analyze the difference.
Keep context over time
Every record keeps the context that makes it meaningful in the long term.
Gather clean data
The data model is lean and cohesive, so you can analyze years of records with LLMs to find patterns you missed.

Three instruments.
One coherent picture.

Gain tracks money. Beat tracks time. Peak tracks health. Each instrument works independently, but together they form an exact, enduring model of your life.

Identity / SSO

One account covers the entire suite. Each app uses the same identity service and shares the session automatically.

Old symbols.
New context.

The logos are a quiet homage to Norse culture. Each Elder Futhark rune was chosen for the meaning and energy it conveys.

01

Lode / Ingwaz

Potential. Long-term goals. The amber line is a literal vein of gold inside dark stone.

02

Gain / Fehu

Wealth, abundance, prosperity. The right energy for a ledger that treats money as a system.

03

Beat / Jera

The year, the harvest, the cycle. Time understood through repetition, intention, and consequence.

04

Peak / Tiwaz

Purpose, discipline, and willing sacrifice. The necessary components for a capable body.

Built by one.
At first, for two.

Right now, the active user base is exactly two people: me and my girlfriend. We use Lode every single day.

I don't plan to build another growth-hacked SaaS. The backend is already built to scale, but I won't rush it – the right people will find us.

The core logic goes back to when I started living on my own at 16, surviving on $100 a month. I tracked every penny and every second, worked 12+ hours a day, and still managed to save $20 a month. Later on, life started changing and I snapped in the other direction. I was earning a hundred times more, but tracked nothing and didn't save a single dollar.

That taught me firsthand that every action has an equal and opposite reaction. If you optimize against yourself, you will snap – and snap hard. Humans are not machines. We need balance to stay sane.

I built Lode around that lesson. It respects human nature, accounts for our limits, and contains our chaotic essence.

Andrei Furdui, creator of Lode

“We can't impose our will on a system. We can listen to what the system tells us.

And discover how its properties and our values can work together to bring forth something much better than could ever be produced by our will alone.”

Keep the record.
Learn from patterns.

Dance with chaos.
